While our specialty is supporting hospital births, we wholeheartedly enjoy providing labor doula services for homebirth and at birth centers. We’ll help you to make sense of the relationship between medical interventions and how each may impact your birth experience and outcome. We strive to build confidence, increase satisfaction, and provide moral support for Birthday and beyond.

Our Childbirth Doula Services include…

  • Labor support by the doula you select. Includes guaranteed reservation of backup doula service for your peace of mind. You'll receive care from the point of purchase and dedicated 24/7 on-call labor support as your due date approaches.

  • 1 Labor Lesson with your doula to include comfort measures, relaxation tips, positions for progress, possible medical interventions, and evidence-based alternatives to assist you in making safe, informed decisions.

  • 1 Birthday Planning session with your doula to review your birth preferences and what to expect when labor begins so you can stay relaxed and confident during your birthing time.

  • Online class to learn latch, positions, pumping, and storage for an easy and enjoyable body-feeding experience

  • Recap of Parent Essentials: guidance on infant care to prepare you for the first month postpartum.

  • Access to our Membership Portal for up-to-date evidence-based research on medical inductions, perinatal care, newborn procedures, and other relevant childbirth info so you can make safe and informed decisions throughout pregnancy and beyond.

  • We'll share with you our samples of effective birth plans and an easy guide to construct your own to solicit help from your care providers to achieve your ideal birth experience.

  • Evidence-based emails packed with ideas to prepare you (and your partner) for labor and the immediate postpartum time.
